Excellent company! I used them for my AC tuneups. I had an ac emergency the night before going on vacation. Cory walked me through very easy steps to get it running again. He didn’t have to do that.

Alex came over on a Sunday to see what was wrong with our AC. He was candid, honest and friendly and explained all of the options we had for our situation. There was no pressure from Alex and he made the process very easy! We decided to go with a replacement for our Unit and he was able to secure the parts and perform the work the next day. He has earned a permanent customer out of us and he is local too!

We started having major issues with both of our AC units due to leaking coils about two years. Unfortunately, the original contractor never registered the equipment when our home was built in 2016, so none of the repairs were covered under warranty. Let that be a lesson for anyone building a home. Make sure the contractor registers your equipment. After spending too much on temporary fixes and with changing EPA refrigerant regulations, replacing the units made more sense than continuing to patch them. I got quotes from four companies ranging from $20k–$32k, which was shocking. Around the same time we were looking at getting our basement finished and the contractor we chose recommended Cory at STP to us for some basement ductwork. Since he was already coming out, I asked him to quote the AC replacements as well. And, I’m so glad I did. Cory was honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, understood the added requirements from our basement project, and gave us a fair, reasonable price which is exactly what the other companies should have offered from the start. There is a difference in making money and taking advantage of people. Cory installed both units himself in a single day, did incredibly clean work, and left everything spotless. He later returned to finish the thermostats, which took no time at all. It’s truly one of the cleanest HVAC installs I’ve seen. I highly recommend Cory and STP. If you want an HVAC company that is honest, fair, and does excellent work, this is the one to call.
